Cancellation Policy: Once a deposit has been received
the villa dates are permanently reserved for your group.
In the event that you need to change your reservation we would
be happy to apply all monies paid as a credit toward a future reservation, within one year of the original booking date.
Refunds are only possible in case of extreme circumstances,
as judged by the villa owners.
